We guarantee that all of the training subjects and materials will be provided as represented on this site. We guarantee that support services will be provided as represented. In the event that your seminar is canceled for any reason by Scott Radin and The Business Broker Training Center then your fee will be refunded in full if an alternative seminar can not be arranged. You may change your training dates at any time if done at least 10 business days prior to the scheduled training. If you need to change your training dates within 10 business days of your scheduled training then contact The Business Broker Training Center in writing with your reasons so alternative training dates can be discussed though additional fees may apply for changing training dates within 10 business days of your scheduled training. You agree that you have done your due diligence on your own state or provincial laws regarding licensing of business brokers and that you hold Scott Radin, A.S. Radin & Associates and The Business Broker Training Center harmless from any issue that arises thereto and that you are not entitled a refund in such a case. By placing your payment with us you agree that this payment is non-refundable unless as stated last above. You agree that we make no warranty or guarantee to the success of the leads that we generate not do we make any guarantees to the success of your business brokerage.
